The Board of Service Solutions Group come from a range of professional backgrounds with experience across a number of industries which range from banking, finance and insurance through to construction and hospitality.

Together in 2008 they formed the Service Solutions Group to revolutionise the property claims industry and provide multiple services to the sector via its subsidiary companies. The Service Solutions Group is privately owned with the equity in the business owned by the management team or former Board members.

The Group handles in excess of 25,000 insurance claims per year through its loss adjusting, TPA and home emergency divisions and is involved in millions of pounds of property repair work across the UK. Clients include major insurers, managing general agents, brokers, construction companies, hotel chains, high street retailers and logistics companies.

The Group’s Head Offices are located in Fulwood, Preston (Lancashire) and Bangor (Northern Ireland), with satellite operations in Inverness and Limerick. Preston provides a contact centre operating on a 24/7 basis, technical and operational support, marketing, and finance functions with Bangor overseeing the loss adjusting and field based operations and key account management.
